Did not take the time to post yesterday, it was a crazy day...

My day off from exercise!

Breakfast:
2oz turkey burger
berry smoothie

Midmorning snack:
4oz soy yogurt

Lunch:
1.5 cups green beans
4oz turkey burger

Midafternoon snack:
1 cup plain soy yogurt + 1/2 cup brown rice + cinnamon & splenda

Dinner:
3oz egg whites
1 cup spinach w/ blasamic vinegar
1/2 cups brown rice w/ cinnamon & splenda

Evening snack:
1/2 grapefruit
